{"id":183,"date":"2015-02-17T01:10:18","date_gmt":"2015-02-17T01:10:18","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/ashborougheast.org\/aeha\/?page_id=183"},"modified":"2025-05-09T00:17:42","modified_gmt":"2025-05-09T00:17:42","slug":"boat-and-rv-storage","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/ashborougheast.org\/aeha\/amenities\/boat-and-rv-storage\/","title":{"rendered":"Boat and RV Storage"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>RV\/Boat Lot<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For a yearly fee and based on availability, the RV\/boat lot is available for storage of operable and registered boats or RVs to AE homeowners current on their HOA dues and any fines paid.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Renters are assigned a space issued on a first-come first-served basis and may be limited based on the size of the item to be stored.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If a space is not currently available, the homeowner will go on the wait list.\u00a0 If you are on the waiting list, this does not give a resident permission for the equipment to be stored in your driveway or on your lot except for inside a garage.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Access to the lot is restricted to renters only via the use of a key.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To rent a space contact RV\/Boat Storage Chair, Bill Demas, (843) 471-9556, <\/span><a href=\"mailto:demasb@yahoo.com\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">demasb@yahoo.com<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For the safety and enjoyment of all our Ashborough East neighbors we ask that all residents and their guests follow the rules and guidelines for use of our community\u2019s amenities.
